Since sweating is a natural process, that helps control our body temperature, there is nothing that we can do or should want to do to sabotage this process.
However, excessive sweating is a horse of a different hair color.
As we stated sweating is a natural and normal bodily function, especially underarm.
Some of us sweat more than others and doing so leaves ugly and embarrassing sweat stains under the arm areas of our clothes.
This is embarrassing since there is no way to hide the sweat stains day in and day out.
That leaves us no other alternatives except to figure out how to get out sweat stains from our clothes.
Below are 5 methods to help remove stubborn sweat stains using products that's in or under your kitchen cabinet.
Method #5: The fifth method to get sweat stains out of your favorite shirt is to use liquid bleach.
When using bleach you should always use with care, (never on dark colors or delicate fabrics), liquid bleach is one of the most effective methods that can be used.
Apply on the stained area and leave it there for a few minutes before rinsing.
Even though bleach can be very effective it's the most caustic on the clothes and can easily ruin a garment.
Use extreme caution and on old unwanted garment to test this method first! Method#4: The fourth method is to use water and vinegar.
Use one tablespoon of white vinegar with a half cup of water.
The vinegar and water solution works like bleach but definitely, not as harsh as bleach.
Soak your clothes in the solution from twenty to thirty five minutes or until the stains are out.
After it soaks place clothes in the washer and add your favorite detergent with scent, once finished your clothes will be, not only whiter, but smell fresher.
(test before using this method) Method #3: The third method for removing stains from clothes; is by using a product called "Awesome".
You can purchased it from the dollar store depending on where you live.
Awesome is a really good stain remover that's used for many different purposes.
Although "Awesome" recommends diluting the product, you may want to experiment, depending on your fabric.
It comes in a spray bottle so it's pretty easy to just spray it on, let it sit for fifteen minutes or so, then wash as usual.
Method #2: The second technique is hydrogen peroxide.
You can mix hydrogen peroxide with equal parts of water to soak your clothes before washing in the washing machine.
The solution can set for 30 minutes at a time.
Repeat the process if needed.
Again test this method.
Method #1: The first technique often used to get out sweat stains is detergent.
Liquid detergents are the best.
You can pour them directly on the stain and leave it there for thirty minutes or longer before rinsing.
