You may seen it before and if not I will tell you to keep your skin as younger as you can you need a good skincare regimen, a nice well balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The first thing that you have to get in mind is the understanding the skin aging's natural process. We have two different kinds of skin aging. The second one is the External or Extrinsic Aging, it can be caused for several reasons, for instance the ultraviolet rays from sun, environment factors like exposure to water and air pollution, medications and also chemicals skin care products.
