How to Construct a Triangle Whose Sides Are All the Same Length
- 1). Measure a line of the length you want the sides of the triangle to be with the ruler.
- 2). Measure an angle of 60 degrees with the protractor. This angle can be from either end of the line made in the previous step.
- 3). Draw a line of the same length as the line in the first step, at the angle found in the previous step. You should now have two lines with a 60 degree angle between them.
- 4). Connect the ends of the lines that are not yet connected. You now have a triangle with all three sides the same length.
