Why I Will Exercise Instead of Dieting

I do not think there is a such thing as a perfect body in reality. But, I do believe there is a body that is suitable for you. People usually gravity to a specific celebrity, model, athlete, or fitness expert to judge what goal they are trying to reach, as far, physique is concern. But, never take into consideration the amount of negative and positive work that particular person put in to earn that body or the resources that person might have that is non-existence to an average joe. Losing weight, toning up, and getting into shape is on nearly everyone to do list. Every year many people start the year off with that as a "New Year's" resolution that many never follow through with. Reasons can range from lack of motivation, time, personal, mental, etc.

Let's focus on losing weight for a moment. To simply put it, losing weight is the intake of calories vs. calories leaving out. You got to have that common balance of consuming fewer calories than the total amount your body burn. This is where all the diets you see so many people on come into play and you hear the ole saying, "I'm watching what I eat because I'm counting my calories." Me personally, I do not think diets are healthy, unless you have a professional dietician to monitor your overall diet process. Diets can hinder you and put you into a bind health wise, especially if you are a mobile person. It will lead you to over calculating the calories you have burned, you will be burning the same amount of calories with fewer calories coming in. This will caused body fatigue, that will caused you want to eat more, because your body is informing you that it do not have enough fuel to operate off.

That is why I recommend what all healthcare professional recommend, exercising. As long as you make exercising a routine in your life you won't need a diet. Your body will be on track to determine if you are healthy or not.

Plus, exercising helps strengthen and improve white blood cells circulation. White blood cells are the body number one defense against bacteria and diseases that cause illness. So that is definitely a benefit.
