Reducing chest fat is the goal of many men around the globe.
It is believed that thirty percent of the population suffers from, what most people call, man boobs.
There are two main types of man boobs - gynecomastia, which is actual formation of glandular breast tissue on a man and a more common form that is caused form excessive chest fat.
For the purpose of this article we will be discussing how to treat the latter.
If you believe that you suffer from gynecomastia, it is best to contact a doctor about the condition.
Exercise and diet are proven ways to reduce body fat, and this includes chest fat.
Having a good diet will make for a healthy body and, with exercise, the body can be become what I like to call a "fat burning furnace.
" For exercise, some people will want you to think that the only way to lose weight is to jog or do some other form of strenuous exercise.
I prefer a more gradual approach that involves strength training.
Below, I will share two of my favorite muscle building exercises that can be done anywhere and are proven to build muscle.
The squat is a lower body exercise that mainly targets the legs but also works the back and stabilizing muscles.
To perform a squat, bend at the knees with a flat back until your upper thighs meet parallel to the floor, and then stand straight back up.
Perform this movement a few times a week and gradually increase repetitions.
The push-up is my favorite upper body exercise.
It works mainly the chest muscles but will also work the shoulders, triceps, and stabilizing muscles.
Try to perform as many push-ups as you can a couple times a week.
This is a great way to increase body strength and also muscular size.
