    Lemon Juice and Milk

    • Lemon juice and milk are both great for the skin. Lemon is a natural antiseptic, and milk exfoliates, softens and is extremely nourishing. Boil one 8 oz. glass of milk and add 2 tsp. of lemon juice to it. Let it cool to a warm temperature and wash your face with it. You can also use lime juice instead of lemon juice if necessary or preferred.

    Natural Face Scrub

    • One of the easiest ways to get rid of blackheads is through gentle exfoliation. Make your own face scrub out of honey, lemon juice, plain yogurt and salt. Scrub your face with this mixture for at least five minutes. Rinse your face clean with warm water and then pat your face dry. Honey is great for the skin because it tightens the pores and is also a natural antiseptic. Yogurt is good for the skin because the lactic acid in yogurt helps firm the skin and soften it. Salt is added because it helps provide gentle exfoliation and it is a natural anti-inflammatory.

    Tea Tree Toner

    • You can also keep your skin blackhead free with a tea tree oil toner. All you need is a little bit of tea tree oil and some distilled water. Add about six drops of tea tree oil to one cup distilled water. Shake well before each use and apply with a cotton ball. You can also mix tea tree oil with a carrier oil that is not known to clog pores like grape seed oil.
