Hello everyone, Christina here. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a mask that's going to help rid those acne scars with two simple ingredients, baking soda which is a highly alkaline substance that helps to slough away dead skin cells and help rejuvenate and resurface the skin and water which is going to help us break down the baking soda a bit so it helps to create a nice mask. So let's get started. Alright so first things first let's go over what you need for this mask. You're going to need two measuring cups with the measurements of about four ounces of water and about a fourth a cup of baking soda. Next, choose any type of bowl that you can mix your ingredients in. I chose a nice glass square bowl but you can certainly use whatever you find in your kitchen. I've got a spoon so I can mix my ingredients together and a whisk just in case I need it if it gets a bit chunky. So let's get started. I'm first going to pour my baking soda into the bowl and next slowly but surely adding the water. I'm going to whisk a little bit of this at a time. Now with the four ounces of water use your judgment. I like to make my mask a little more on the watery side but some may like it a fine paste. So as you can see I've used just about two ounces of the water total. You can use more or less whatever you prefer and we're going to whisk this together and I'm going to use my spoon to actually spoon it out and apply it to my face. Okay so when the materials dissolve completely into the bowl, that's when you know your mask is done. Next up you're going to apply it on a clean face for about five to ten minutes, rubbing in a circular motion with your hands, avoiding the eye and lip area. When it begins to dry a little bit, that's how you know it's complete. Rinse with a warm washcloth and unveil beautiful rejuvenated skin. You can enjoy this mask two times a week to help reduce the inflammation and acne scars. This is Christina here and we just completed a wonderful tutorial on a homemade acne scar mask. I hope you enjoyed. Take care.
