Grandparents everywhere love when Grandparents Day comes because they know that they will be shown how much they are loved.
One great way for kids to show their Grandparents how much they love them is to make them presents that they can give.
There are a ton of crafts that kids can do for this very special day.
However, here is one craft that any Grandparent would love to receive.
It is the heart valentine card.
These cards are usually used for Valentine's Day but they make a great card for Grandparents Day also.
You want to have a piece of construction paper that you fold in half and the draw half of a heart.
Cut out the heart shape.
The kids can then draw flowers, other hearts, or anything else that they want to onto another piece of construction paper.
Then they will cut out this picture so that it can be glued onto the heart.
Now they just need to write a special message for their Grandparents.
Another great craft that make a great gift for Grandparents on their special day is the Hand print magnet.
Help your kids trace around their hand onto a white thick paper.
They will then decorate the hand anyway that they want to.
Their name and date needs to go onto the back.
Now the kids will need to cut it out.
You will need to laminate it and trim the lamination so that there is about a half inch around the hand.
Now you just need to use strong glue and glue the magnet onto the back of the hand print.
