Employment after Recession

After recession can be referred as the second life and second opportunity for many, as it caused worldwide unemployment records, lay-offs, and financial problems for most people. Some economic analyst and experts said that the worldwide economic recovery is real and our financial positions will be stabilized. They are also constantly speculating about the scenarios that could develop once the world moved out of the recession. The question is what type of economic recovery we will have?

Before the start of financial crisis and then the economic recession, we are consistently moving towards technology and the use of processes that saved the labor costs. We're in globalization of productive activities and an economy that exploited the brain rather than the force in people. Our vision in work is about a man versus a machine, a worker in one part of the world against another worker in another part of the world and a worker in white collar using a computer versus a man in blue collar with a hammer. Could this scenario will change and the trends can be reverse? Here are the few questions that are hard to predict after the combat of recession:

• Will there be less globalization and less movement of labor?

• Will there be more social unity and less distinction between the brainy professionals and the brawny workers?

• Will the developments that have been taking place within business organizations will continue?

Do people will get a job after this recession? I'm a little afraid for this question as I know that many people lost they're jobs, chances, opportunities and still hoping for the second possibility. The old-fashioned way in finding a job on the other hand, can still work and use to start once again. We should learn to embrace new things and be open for new challenges plus we must pay attention to everything, if you lost a job, be dedicated to your job search 100% of the time. Have a gut and push yourself outside your comfort zone. Work out and discover for the talent and skills that you've probably ever used before. I still believe that the development and changes that we've learned from this recession will gave us opportunities, challenges and a great impact for a well living.
