I've always said, article marketing is a simple concept.
So don't over-complicate matters by over-thinking the concept.
Follow the simple steps outlined below, and I promise you, you will be the proud owner of a complete and profitable web business.
Step 1: Find out exactly what customers want.
- Many new marketers make the mistake of thinking of a brand new product idea.
They don't know whether this is what the customers want or not.
And they went ahead and spend time and money creating the product anyway.
They then try to find ways and means to market the product and wonder why nobody is buying.
Well, they wouldn't be in this predicament if they have done their market research in the first place.
Remember, you are not done with research until you know EXACTLY what customers want to buy.
Step 2: Create the product.
- Your market research will tell you all sorts of useful things - like how your competitors are packaging their products, how much they are charging, etc.
Can you offer better value compared to your competitors? Can you afford to charge a lower price? If you can, then by all means, go ahead and create your own products.
But if you find that the competition is really very hard to beat (both in terms of value and price), then you may wish to promote the winning product as an affiliate.
Step 3: Drive traffic with article marketing.
- Article marketing is my favorite traffic generation method.
I not only receive thousands of visitors from my articles directly, I also receive traffic from the major search engines.
But the primary source of traffic still comes from my articles.
