The campground has 102 recreational vehicle campsites, 50 of which are available for short-term, overnight stays rather than seasonal rentals. Around half of the overnight sites offer full, sewage, water and electric hookups, while the remaining spots provide only water and electricity. Each space has its own fireplace and picnic table. On-site amenities include showers, restrooms, a sewage waste dump, public telephones and laundry facilities. An on-site store sells basic groceries, RV supplies, propane and firewood. A pond is located on the property for fishing. The campground has a pool that is available for guests' use for an added fee. Horseshoe pits, a gameroom, shuffleboard courts, a miniature golf course, a playground and facilities for basketball, volleyball and badminton are also located at the RV park. The campground operates from May through October.

The campground consists of 278 recreational vehicle campsites large enough to accommodate vehicles up to 40 feet in length. Thirty of the sites have electric hookups. Water and sewage hookups are not available at the park, but restrooms, showers and a sewage waste dump are available on the property. The campground also has public phones and a laundry facility. The park operates a store that sells groceries and firewood. Lake Habeeb is located on the property for fishing, swimming and boating. The park rents boats for campers who do not bring their own along. Rocky Gap State Park also features hiking trails. The Maryland Department of Natural Resources imposes a 14-day maximum length upon all stays at the park. The campground is open from May through mid-December.
