Further to my previous article on "Unique Articles.
The Guaranteed Method for Site Promotion" in which I told you of the benefits of promoting your site in this way, and how to include the all important back link.
In this part I am going to provide you with some more in depth information of what each article should include.
Firstly, you need to know what anchor text is and how to create it in your article.
Any back link that you have should be in the form of an anchor text link.
This is the text that describes the main theme of your site and this will also "hide" the hyper link to your site underneath, so you don't have to continually sit their typing your site URL each time.
Say your site was about Women's Wedding rings, then I would recommended that the you use the words "Women's Wedding Rings" as the anchor text and then attach a hyper link to this text.
I will provide you with the necessary information later in this article on how to create a hyper link to your site.
What is important to remember it that you use this method because you will find that this is the way search engines associate your site with the theme of your site and because many other sites will be linking to you using the same anchor text i.
e.
, "Women's Wedding Rings".
Not only will this result in the Search Engines being able to determine that your site is important but also the site is important in the field of "Women's Wedding Rings".
Another recommendation that I would make to you is that you should create a few anchor text keywords that will also help you to gain credibility for your site rather than just using one keyword.
The more keywords you are able to produce the more searches that are likely to be created and returning your site as a possible choice for further inspection by the person who has typed in that search.
The easiest way of creating anchor text is as follows:- Copy and past your URL address in to a word document and if it is a live link then the text will be shown in blue.
Next you need to mark it and you do this by right clicking on your mouse and a number of options will appear including one called "Edit/Create Hyper Link".
Click on this and a further box will appear with two small windows in it.
In the upper one which will say visible text to be seen, what you need to type here is your anchor text, i.
e.
, "Women's Wedding Rings".
Then at the bottom of this box there is a further window in which you will need to put your actual link (your websites URL).
Once you have to do when you have completed these two boxes is click on the OK button.
Now that you have set up this anchor text link all you need to do in the future is copy and paste this into your article resource box when completing each document that you have written.
