A Success Principle - Make Exercise Your Reward

Have you ever wondered how come so many successful people end up with cancer or heart attacks? In considering all this at our think tank, we figured that it must have something to do with the stress and the chemicals in the body especially the brain chemicals, because successful people seem to be supercharged, but they also put themselves under a lot of artificial stress.
Over time this takes a toll on the body.
Okay so, we came up with some solutions to all of this in an attempt to kill two birds with one stone.
If you have a few moments I'd like to discuss this with you.
Perhaps we can call this a new success principle.
Our theory goes something like this; when you work really hard towards a goal, you should celebrate each interim goal which is achieved along the way.
You should reward yourself for the progress you have made by allowing yourself free time to do the exercise of your choice.
This might be going out hiking, running, bicycling, or engaging in some other form of fun activity.
In doing this you will keep yourself physically fit, and ward off the problems of too much stress and not enough physical activity.
Many successful people end up getting fat, dumb, and happy, and even if they are rich and wealthy due to their success in life, they then have to deal with the unfortunate reality of their habits and how it affects their health.
If you can eat whatever you want because you can afford it, and drink the alcoholic beverages to your heart's content, or discontent in this case then you are liable to wind up with health issues.
Being overweight is nothing to brag about and that can cause you to get diseases.
Have you ever wondered what your life would be like today if you had run 3 to 5 miles every single day? Those who are in their senior years who walk 3 miles per day live the last 10 years of their life in superb condition, and it's much more enjoyable.
If you are a hard charger, that's fine, more power to you, but don't neglect your health.
Keep in shape, keep fit, and reward yourself for each incremental gain towards your overall goals; make your reward some form of exercise, whichever sport or activity that you choose.
Indeed, it is my sincere hope that you will please consider all this and think on it, perhaps even make it one of your success principles for your life moving forward.
