Guide Review - First Years Crib CD Player

The First Years Crib CD Player attaches easily to the side of most cribs. It also worked well on the side of a playpen and cosleeper.

It plays CD's with a good quality sound that you would expect from much more expensive CD players. I really appreciated being able to play music that my daughter liked and being able to vary the music we played for her, as opposed to preset crib entertainers. The light was useful for checking on my baby in the middle of the night. The one aspect that could use improvement was that since the light was on the other side of the CD player, you needed to memorize the location of the buttons in order to operate them in a dark room. The childproof cover kept my daughter's hands from changing the tracks and turning up the volume. Music is a great way to help infants sleep and The First Years Crib CD Player impressed me with its usefulness.
