Chef Brad Phillips’ aphrodisiacal menu is $40 per person and includes Gulf of Mexico oysters or Rocky’s green salad, tuna tempura or grilled flatiron steak, and warm chocolate cake or crème brûlée. Ricotta Gnocchi smoked tomato, mushroom ragu, mizuna and pecorino; Braised Lamb Shank with cous cous, cinnamon, dried fruit and mustard greens; Diamond H Ranch Quail with mercado sausage stuffing, brussels sprouts, sweet potato and turnips; Roasted Porchetta with braised savoy cabbage, roasted apples and tuscan kale; Seared Sea Scallops with parsnip purée, meyer lemon, black radish, celery leafand crispy capers.
