    • 1). Wash the peppers that you are going to use for your hot pepper sauce and remove the stems. Use a variety of colors to make your pepper sauce more appealing. Peppers such as Scotch Bonnet, habanero, cayenne and jalapeno are suitable for making pepper sauce.

    • 2). Put 2 cups of chopped onions and the peppers into a jar until it is filled up, leaving at least 1 inch of space at the top. Pour enough white vinegar into a sauce pan to fill the jar.

    • 3). Bring the vinegar to a boil, then pour it over the peppers and the chopped onions inside the jar. Let it sit until it becomes cooled, then place an air-tight cover on the jar. You can store your hot pepper sauce in your cupboard since the vinegar will prevent it from spoiling.
