We are brilliant in our evolution and in order to avoid feeling bad we get very good at not noticing when we put things off or avoid things and when we clearly justify the negative thinking we engage in.
It becomes so subtle as to believe it is nothing worth your notice.
With the willingness to transform what is necessary to allow good things to occur everything can change.
Here again I'll list the primary guideposts that if recognized well will provide the opening you might be looking for.

When you are considering putting something off or avoiding it, see if you are willing to notice the conversation you are having about it and let it go.
Or see if you can release the emotion you are holding about it.
This will almost always be all you need to do act and complete it.
Remember, forwarding it to its completion or rescheduling it is a useful act.
What comes at you in life is always the most appropriate thing to 'handle'.
You do not need to make lists of things you've been putting off.
