NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF WORRY
When you go to bed tonight, is it your habit to think what you have to worry about? Are you not having any sleeping problems as a result? Medical findings have already confirmed that worrying does not accomplish what you expect. It does not solve your problem. In fact, all it does is give you stress, hypertension, unnecessary anxieties, depression, wrinkles, ulcers, headaches, vertigo and many more negative effects.

WORRY IS A BAD HABIT
Some people make worrying their favorite pastime. You will only make life more difficult that it ought to be. You cannot control the events and circumstances in your life but there is one thing you can do. You have the power to control your mind and your response to any situation.

CASE SAMPLE OF A WORRIER
There is a wife who is the worrying type. She happens to be the biggest worrier in her family. Her husband is the opposite. Many times, he would share some office problems with her. After sharing, he would fall into a deep, untroubled sleep instantly. Meanwhile, she would stay awake, worrying what her husband just told her. Next morning, her husband would assure her, "Don't worry, God will take care!" And He usually did.

The Mohawk tribe has a saying, "It is hard to see the future with tears in your eyes". Worry and negative thoughts will only blur your vision.

CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON THE BEAUTY OF LIFE
There is no way for anyone to fully understand the situations and circumstances. Years later, when you look back, you will realize that what seemed so hopeless and disastrous at the time it happened turned out to be all for the best. Life is a combination of great tragedy and great beauty. Choose to focus on the beauty of life!
