Burn That Fat Fast - Here"s Something That Really Works!
On any day in the western world, 30% of the population is desperately trying to stabilize their weight and 30% are trying to burn off their fat.
The spending on weight loss programs and diets is astronomical...
thirty to fifty billion dollars in the US alone.
But guess what? We're piling on that weight at an unprecedented rate.
What's happening? Call me stupid...
but it looks to me like these diet plans and expensive weight loss programs just aren't working.
And no wonder...
they're not a lot of fun.
Well if diets don't work...
what do we have left? There is a solution and I'll get to that in a minute.
Weight gain is a long term problem for our society whereas diets only offer a very short term solution.
People don't go on diets to stay on them forever...
or if they do they quickly get rid of that nonsense from their thinking! We go on diets to lose the weight and then return as fast as possible to our very enjoyable eating habits.
Diets are just a band-aid solution...
they don't resolve anything long term unless we stick with them.
And calorie reducing diets only make the issue worse because the body thinks there's a famine and it hides the fat from us.
So even if they do lose weight on a diet most people will put it all back on, and more, in a very short time.
If only losing weight were easier we'd all be thin...
right? Well coming to an understanding of how you got all that excess weight in the first place, can put you on the road to recovery.
Once you understand what's not working in your eating habits you can think about a plan to change things.
The villain is those high GI refined carbs in your diet.
They screw up your sugar/insulin cycles and soon make it impossible for you to lose weight.
You need to change that if you truly want to burn off that fat permanently.
But you need to do this in such a way that you don't get hungry and stop following the program.
The health benefits are optimal health, increased energy and focus, lower blood pressure, decreased cholesterol and triglycerides, decreased risk of heart disease and diabetes, and of course, decreased weight.
