Rashmi Dutt said this book is about dealing with everyday work problems with emotional intelligence, rather than swinging from fight to flight. €When situations make us uncomfortable, we go into silence or violence, which doesn't help us move towards our goals. I believe that after reading this book the young generation could get easy and simple solutions to their problems.
