New Year's Eve is the most festive night of the year. You can celebrate it many ways: quietly at home, out at a restaurant, club, or party, or my favorite way: a party at home! These ten recipes are the ones I choose to serve. I combine appetizers, desserts, and some buffet items to make a fabulous spread. People can eat when they want, and as much as they want! Just be sure to keep an eye on the time. After two hours, rotate all the perishable foods to keep them safe. Set your buffet table with nice linens, candles (electric or real), and flowers. Be sure to offer lots of little plates so people can sample your delicious food and come back for more. And have a happy New Year!
