Reduce Wrinkles the Easy Way

Want to look younger and reduce wrinkles? Here are a few ideas on how to help your skin look better naturally: first, (you guessed it) drink lots and lots of filtered water.
Next emphasize raw fruits, nuts and vegetables in your diet and reduce your intake of processed, packaged foods.
You should also stop smoking and reduce your in take of alcohol and caffeine.
As always, maintain a good exercise program and reduce your stress (or your facial reaction to stress!).
A few foods to look for that help your skin are: any organic berries like strawberries, raspberries and blue berries.
Other recommended foods include almonds, olive oil, sardines, alfalfa, kelp, avocados and cucumber.
We cannot talk about improving our skin without mentioning omega three oils like fish, flax and walnut oil.
If you are thirty or forty years old and haven't been getting your omega three oils every day, you are way behind and need to get caught up! When I eat these skin friendly foods, especially avocados or the omega three oils from fish, I notice a visible reduction in wrinkles and eye puffiness the following day.
Try it, it's a great experiment.
Then take note when you eat processed snack foods before you go to bed (although we don't do that, do we?!?).
You will notice puffy eyes and a "hmm I don't look very good today" morning.
I personally prefer the omega three mornings.
Nutrients and supplements to make sure you are getting enough of are: vitamins A/B/C/D3/E, selenium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, grape seed extract, MSM (methylsulfonyl methane), primrose oil and aloe vera.
These are all great for your skin.
Your skin is a reflection of what is going on inside your body.
Eat the foods the way God made them and your body will reward you with beautiful, young looking skin - now that's a motivator!
