Treating Fibroids - Fibroids and the Way We Eat
Since being diagnosed with fibroids, I have been travelling on a wholesome journey - learning a lot about myself and my internal body and also learning about the foods that I am surrounded by daily and what affects they have on our internal body.
I have learnt and am still constantly learning about the type of foods which are good for our body system.
I have learnt what to eat and drink to combat picking the bad foods.
Bad foods to me are red meat, lots of chicken (I only eat organic now!), alcohol, fizzy drinks, sweets, sugared products, cakes, caffeine, dairy products to name but a few.
Eliminating all the above products out of my system finally I have noticed that I have no problems going to the toilet - prior to that I would only go toilet maybe once or twice a week.
Now I go to the toilet - 2 or 3 times a day - and what a difference I feel internally.
I eat healthier and I don't pick I have been able to say, after all these years, no to food as I was always on a "See food diet"! Not anymore I can see food and say "No" now! I am so pleased with myself.
It took me a long time to get to the stage that I am at today but just persevere and find the urge, the yearning to want to change and you will also find the determination and the drive to succeed in your journey to great health and longevity.
So changing the way you eat is a big plus to succeeding in your journey to longer life and good health.
Changing the way you eat and incorporating at least 70% raw foods into your diet daily will demonstrate drastic changes in the way you feel and the way you look.
Making changes to your diet and your everyday eating with increase years on your lifespan by at least 10 years if not more! What an amazing experience you will be on and there will be no turning back to eating the way you used to eat before.
There are such wonderful recipes that you can create your new dishes with - there are an abundance of foods which you are not used to eating that you are going to enjoy.
There are numerous nutritious drinks that you will consume and thoroughly enjoy too.
