How to Add a Song to a PDF Electronic Press Kit Document
- 1). Launch Adobe Acrobat X and open the document that you want to add a music clip to.
- 2). Click the "Tools" button in the upper-right corner of the window. Scroll down and click "Content" near the bottom of the menu.
- 3). Click "Multimedia" under the "Add or Edit Interactive Object" heading, and then click "Sound."
- 4). Click and drag with the mouse to create a rectangle in the document. The rectangle designates the location where the embedded audio will appear. When you release the mouse button, a new window titled "Insert Sound" appears.
- 5). Click the "Browse" button. Locate and double-click the audio file that you want to add to the document. Adobe Acrobat X can embed sounds in the FLV, F4V, MP3 and SWF formats.
- 6). Click "OK." A media player box will appear in the location you selected.
- 7). Click the floppy disk icon at the top of the window to save the document. Readers can play the embedded music by clicking the playback button in the media player box.
