Other types of water may contain minerals which can also agitate your acne.
Drinking water will prevent most of your skin problems including bad acne and dry irritated skin.
The amount of water you should drink a day varies from person to person but a simple calculation can be done.
Simply divide your body weight in half and drink at the least that many ounces of water a day.
Another important matter that needs to be address is that you should not allow yourself to become thirsty before you drink water.
Thirst is a signal from the body that your cells are becoming dehydrated and so you need to be constantly drinking water to keep the cells hydrated.
Water can also be applied externally to cure your acne.
You simply need to get a clean towel and warm it in some warm water.
Apply the warm towel to the affected areas for about 15 minutes.
