How to Print All Gmail Emails in One Folder or Label
- 1). Open your Web browser and log in to your Gmail account. Click the "Gear" icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select "Mail Settings." Click the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" option, then click on "Enable IMAP" in the "IMAP Access" section.
- 2). Launch Mozilla Thunderbird on your computer.
- 3). Click on "File," hover over "New" and select "Mail Account." A pop-up window appears.
- 4). Type in your first and last name into the "Your name" field. Type in your Gmail email address into the "Email address" field. Type in your Gmail account password into the "Password" field. Click "Continue."
- 5). Click the "IMAP" option then click "Create Account." Allow Thunderbird to create the account and connect to your Gmail account, downloading the messages. A list of folders appears along the left window pane in Thunderbird.
- 6). Click the folder that contains the messages you want to print. Highlight one of the messages in the upper-right window pane then press the "Ctrl" and "A" key simultaneously to select them all. Right-click the group and choose "Print."

- 6). Click on the folder that contains the messages you want to print in the left pane of Outlook. Click on one of the messages in the middle pane, then press the "Ctrl" and "A" key simultaneously to select them all. Right-click the group of messages and choose "Print."

- 5). Click "Finish." Windows Live Mail automatically connects to Gmail and retrieves all of your Gmail messages.
- 6). Click on the folder that contains the messages you want to print in the left pane of Windows Live Mail. Click on one of the messages in the middle pane, then press the "Ctrl" and "A" key simultaneously to select them all. Right-click the group of messages and choose "Print."
