• Large windows for views from all rooms and a walk around the apartment

• Large balcony

• Inside, top equipments, pleasant mix of new/antique furniture, kitchen for the hobby chef, new bed/mattress, deluxe bath, fast wireless, PC, TV, free phone, fax, satellite

• Pharmacy on duty within 5 minutes walk open 24h/day and 7 days/week

• Optimal apartment location, at a few minutes walk from the train station, located in downtown, surrounded by shops, restaurants, museums, parks

• At few meters there should be supermarkets, brand new shopping mall, bakeries, cafes and restaurants, a gas station for the urgent off-hour needs

• Adjacent pond with seating (awesome for break), a square with pretty fountains, a terrific playground that children enjoy, all within few meters walk

• And most of importance the owner should be exceedingly responsive and helpful
