How to Make Allergy Tea: Herbal Treatment of Seasonal Allergies or Hay Fever

Dried Nettle
2 parts nettle
2 parts peppermint
1 part red clover
1 part echinacea
Combine the dried ground herbs above at the listed ratios. If the herbs are in whole leaf form, chop them first in a food processor or coffee grinder. - 2). Steep 1 1/2 teaspoons of the herbal tea in hot water for 15 minutes. Cover the tea while it is steeping to prevent the steam from removing the medicinal components.
