    • 1). Click the "Start" button on the Windows domain controller. Select "All Programs," then choose "Administrative Tools." In the menu items, click "Active Directory Users and Computers" to open your Active Directory console.

    • 2). Click the "Users" icon listed on the left side of the window underneath your domain controller's name. This expands a list of users programmed on the domain.

    • 3). Right-click the user you want to remove and select "Delete." Click "Yes" in the confirmation window to remove the domain account.
