Blogging For Charity?

There is no question that warfare and a collapsing global economy are taking their toll on everyone.
In many instances, people turn to charity organizations in hopes that some of their needs can be addressed.
At the same time, business owners are often viewed with suspicion, or blamed for a number of global problems.
As a person engaged in blogging for profit, you need to consider that you are a business person.
In many cases, the image that you project can make the difference in whether or not you make a sale, or if someone will utilize the links found in your blog.
If you blog for charity, or at least list some charity organizations, people will have a sense that you care about your community, or about something other than making money.
This is a first, and perhaps crucial step in gaining the empathy and interest of your readers.
Depending on what you are trying to sell, there may even be charities related to your product.
As an example, if you have a blog dedicated to kitchen appliances, you may want to include charity links for food pantries, or world hunger projects.
Not only will this help draw attention to a major global issue, your readers may feel more comfortable returning to your site.
Considering the fact that individuals feel increasingly divorced from their governments and business leaders, the ability to personalize is important.
Blogging for charity is an easy way to achieve this goal without having to tread in private territories.
