Three Forms of Post-Breakup Contact - And How to Use Them to Get Your Ex Back in Just 17 Days!
One of the biggest issues in managing a break-up - especially if you want to get back together with your ex - is whether you're better off staying in contact with them or cutting them out of your life altogether.
This is why, in this article, I reveal the truth of break-up management - and how you can use this technique to get your ex back in just 17 days.
In general, there are three forms of post-break-up contact - Full Contact, Light Contact and No Contact.
Full Contact Means that you carry on talking to each other exactly as before, and maybe even end up being friends.
Personally, I do not recommend this approach because having your ex in your life all the time will make it more difficult for you to pull yourself together.
Light Contact means avoiding contacting your ex, but politely responding to their attempts to communicate with you.
For example, if she sends you an SMS, you would reply back - and you'd meet up for a dinner, but only if she proposed it first.
Light Contact is an effective technique, but it requires you to really trust your ex, because there's always a chance that she's simply keeping you in her life as emotional back-up while she searches for someone new.
No Contact is the most extreme option - and it's also the best way to get your ex back.
Put simply, No Contact means dropping off the face of the Earth and stopping all communication with your ex.
During the No Contact phase, you ignore all her efforts at getting in touch with you, usually without explaining why.
The "No Contact" technique is so powerful because it sends a strong message to your ex - namely, that you can make do without her and that she had better think twice about leaving you.
In other words, you will give her the first real taste of what life without you would be like - and there's a good chance she will want to come back once she's realizes what she's missing.
