Let Us Learn The ABCs Of Radiant Energy System
What is radiant energy? Many people would define it as an energy coming from the sun. Well, I think there is more into it now because we have been hearing that it could generate free electricity from the sky. Is there such thing as free energy? I do not think so. But let us learn some more facts about what a radiant energy system is all about.
Although there has been much debate about the authenticity of harnessing free radiant energy from the sky, I think there is nothing wrong to investigate if it is really possible.
Below are some descriptions of what a radiant energy system is.
Where does radiant energy come from? It comes from the energy of the sun. It originates whenever there is a change in the electron configuration within a substance. It could be in liquid, solid or gas state.
How do you transport this energy? You could transport it between object by way of electromagnetic waves. It travels through space, air, glass, steel and many other materials. It does not need any copper wires, cable or any kind of matter to transfer its energy. Can it travel in a vacuum? Yes, it can. An example is the sun's emission of sunlight to the earth. It produces radiation and it traveled to our planet through space.
How does objects transmits, rejects and absorbs radiant energy? Radiant energy is being absorbed when it can penetrate an object. Likewise, it is being reflected when it can not penetrate an object. It is transmitted when it passes through an object and no absorption of energy occurred.
What are the three types of radiation? The first type is the natural radiation which comes from outer space and continuously radiates from the rocks, from the ground, and from the water on earth. The second type is the terrestrial radiation which is common to granite areas and mineralized sands. The third type is the cosmic radiation which is common to high altitude areas. Usually, higher amount of radiant energy is being absorbed when an object is darker. Lighter colored materials absorbed less and shiny materials tend to reflect the radiant energy.
Now that we that we have learned the ABC of radiant energy system, can we now harness its power? Actually, there are some people who are already doing that. However, it is not yet ready commercially and the ones that are available are only designed for a single household's requirement. I believe there is still a lot of research work required and we need our government's support to achieve that. Radiant energy system has the potential of replacing the non-renewable fossil fuel. It is about time that we join our hands to focus on the developments of new alternative renewable cheap, clean, and safe energy sources.

Although there has been much debate about the authenticity of harnessing free radiant energy from the sky, I think there is nothing wrong to investigate if it is really possible.
Below are some descriptions of what a radiant energy system is.
- It is a device that you can build at home to receive radiation from your surroundings and convert it into electricity.
- It is in the form of electromagnetic waves. Examples are: radio waves, microwaves, visible light and x-rays.
- It could be converted into heat, light and power.
- It uses the same basic principle of receiving radio waves by using tuning circuits.
- It travels in a straight line.
- It travels at a very fast speed. Some reports it could even travel faster than the speed of light.
- It can be transmitted, absorbed and reflected by other objects.
- It is unlimited and is available everywhere.
