Is it safe to travel to Egypt?!
Travel toEgyptduring the current days .. seems to be good idea ?!
Many people around the world may like to travel and discoverEgyptbut they ma change their mind and looks to be hesitant, so here we will try to do some help ..
Doubtless that any important event in nations history has two kinds of effects, one of them is positive and the other is negative and actually this happened here in Egypt after the great revolution of Jan 25 which ousted the dictator regime of former president Hosni Mubrak as we can see positive effects have occurred to Egyptian society represented in democratizing of the state, trial of corruption symbols, increasing of the public awareness and so many other effects.
But also there was serious and negative effects happened in the society, one of them was absence of security which lasted for few weeks after revolution and what make Egypt guests rethink about their plans to travel to Egypt and ask: Is it safe to travel to Egypt ?!!
May be the best answer in this time was " No" and actually this was our commitment in Tut Travels to advise our clients in this time to defer or postponed plans to travel to Egypt, but now and after more than eight months of Jan 25 revolution, Is it safe to travel to Egypt ?!
Well, we wont answer ourselves but we will clarify some facts and let you answer after a hence.
It is not a secret that some of illegal actions happened in the days of security absence, but excuse me have you hear about one tourist faced any thereat or was harm?! Actually answer is No!!
In Egypt tourism is considered the third resource of national economic income resources and this simply reflects how a tourist means for Egyptian national security, simply a tourist is VIP and it is not a secret that all country authorities have strict instructions to help and facilitate everything to tourists starting from the moment he touch Egypt land and till his plan takes off
If you have traveled to Egypt before you wont need to read the following two lines in which we will clarify the fact of Egyptian people, Egyptian people are very kind and you can touch this in the way they protest to ask their former president to step down as our revolution gained it's reputation as " white and peaceful revolution" and here there now words to express this great revolution more than words of Italy PM who said " I see no wonder in Egypt revolution, Egyptians make the history as usual "
In Egypt and just in Egypt you can see smile on the face of everyone when they see stranger or foreign, even they do not speak you language they believe that their smile will say " Ahlan w Sahlan " means Welcome !!
And for more reassurance, Egyptian tourism police supplies tourist groups with private security.
So in brief, we have can summarize our speech in the below points:
- In the hard days after revolution and although absence of security (this is not existing anymore) there was any threats for the tourist which reflect the peaceful nature of Egyptian people
- Tourist inEgyptis VIP and his security is such a patriot duty
- Egyptian people are peaceful and civilized urban enough to know that the tourist is a person of interest and his security is a priority
- Egyptian police supply security men to allEgyptvisitors for more reassurance
And now after what all what I said you can know it your self: Is it safe to visitEgypt?!
