If you are suffering from smelly breath and love drinking coffee, you are going to hate what I have to say.
Drinking coffee is one of the major causes for bad breath.
Not enough people drink enough water on a daily basis, even though this is essential for our health.
What's more, a lot of us are drinking other drinks that are causing dehydration and make our breath smell awful.
A good example of this is coffee.
Many of us drink a cup of joe in the morning in order to wake up, but some of us drink coffee throughout the whole day.
Drinking this much caffeine can be a huge problem, for several reasons.
First of all, coffee is one of the main causes for bad breath.
I admit it tastes really good and it certainly smells even better brewing it.
But after we drink it, it leaves a lingering odour on our breath that is quite unpleasant to anybody standing nearby.
Smelly breath usually will not persuade someone to stop drinking their morning cup of coffee but they may consider making some small changes.
Like cleaning their mouth after the coffee has been consumed.
Or taking a breath mint or chewing gum.
