Is Cheat Your Way Thin Yet Another Gimmick?

Struggling to lose weight seems like a continuous battle for many people.
I know what that's like.
I've been trying to lose the same 50 lbs for many years.
It all started after I had my daughter.
I only gained around 20 lbs when I was pregnant.
Within 6 months after her birth, I lost almost all the weight.
I was feeling really good about myself especially since I didn't really try and didn't really know how I did it.
So I thought, hey, my body simply must be burning calories better! Lucky me!! So what's wrong with a piece of cake or ice cream or pizza? Guess what? Not only did I gain the weight back but as an added "bonus" I also gained an additional 30 lbs!! It crept up on me so subtly I didn't even realize it! But Diets Don't Work, right? I have to say, over the years I've tried a lot of weight loss products, pills, programs, etc.
I've bought books, tapes, tried a hypnosis CD and all were temporary successes.
Have you ever heard the term, "diets don't work?" It seems to be a catch phrase these days.
So if you commit to a program and lose weight, you then have to stay on the program in order to keep the weight off.
If the program you chose is a drastic change to your existing lifestyle there's no way you can succeed.
If the program you chose limits or eliminates the foods you love, even on occasion, you will be living in constant fear of putting that weight back on because if you give in to even the tiniest of temptations you risk gaining weight.
That's why diets don't work! So Is Cheat Your Way Thin Another Gimmick? Cheat Your Way Thin is a fat loss program created by Joel Marion, who's also a dietician.
Joel has created a very unique dieting plan that he says will actually "cheat" your body into burning calories.
So is this our "get out of jail free" card? Haven't we heard this story before? Not necessarily.
At least, I haven't heard this one before.
One of the major problems with diet products is that when you are on a program you are fully aware of the fact that you are restricting your body's calorie intake.
This feeds into the psychology of triggering your body's "starvation mode".
When this happens, your body actually resists losing weight! This program is designed to incorporate strategic cheating to keep your metabolism in fat-burning mode.
According to Joel, the body's starvation mechanism is strongly linked to its carbohydrate intake.
Joel's answer is to manipulate both the carbohydrate type and amount to further increase your metabolism and avoid starvation mode even during "diet time.
" Of course, in order for the plan to be effective, you will also be putting all the other good things into your body such as proteins, fruits and vegetables.
When searching for a weight loss product, especially one that you may purchase over the internet, it's important to know as much as you can about the product.
So what do we know about the program creator, Joel Marion?
  • He's a certified sports nutritionist
  • A nationally published author and fitness trainer
  • He's appeared on radio, TV and has been in more than 20 popular magazines
Hundreds of studies have been cited in Cheat Your Way Thin.
There are a lot of testimonials from people that have had great success with this program.
He also claims to have been featured in places like Men's Fitness and Women's Day among others.
So here's what I really like about the program.
He's confident enough to give you a full refund after 60 days if you are not satisfied.
So is Cheat Your Way Thin worth the risk? I'd say yes--especially with the holidays coming up.
It would be nice to have a few "cheats" without feeling guilty and even losing a few pounds after the holidays.
Not many people will be able to say that they actually lost weight over the holidays!
