Is He a Player? The Truth is in His Behavior

Are you dating a guy you think is really cool, but you're afraid he might just be a player? Have you been hurt by guys like this before and you want to avoid going down that same road again? Does he seem really sincere and you love being with him, but past romances are haunting you? Guys can be incredibly deceitful, conniving and cunning when they want to win a woman over.
But players tend to slip up and let their game show on occasion.
Here's what to look for.
Right off the bat, if the guy is too quick with a line, too cool with his romantic gesture and just plain overly practiced in his manner, there's a good chance he's been around a lot and he knows how to get women to fall to their knees.
If he's too good to be true, beware.
But here are a few more subtle things to look out for.
How often does he bother to call you? While you want to take into consideration the fact that he does have a life and is most likely busy at times, he should still be taking a bit of time to contact you on a regular basis.
If he's vague and offers up weird excuses for not calling, it's not a very positive sign.
And if he's reluctant to offer ways of contacting him, it's even worst.
Then take a close look at what he does.
Are all your dates based on what he wants to do? Do you often find yourself hanging out with his friends? Are you only alone together when it comes time to get into bed? You have to look at the possibility that you're only a play toy.
He wants someone easily accessible to go to bed with whenever he wants, and he enjoys parading you in front of his friends.
Don't allow yourself to be the trophy girlfriend.
Pay close attention to the promises he makes.
If he's keeping you hanging on by making grand plans that never materialize, he's just stringing you along.
When you really look at how he's treating you, these signs will tell you whether he's playing or not.
