Most dye sublimated fabric banners are derived from polyester fabric materials. When printed, the dyes get permanently affixed onto the fabric. Actually, fading is not really a concern if you won't wash the banners too often.

If the fabric banners are not that big that they fit into your washing machine, you can wash them through that. However, if they are way too sizeable, you have got to find another solution to be able to wash them. You can do it by hand in a big tub, or hang the banners out and hit them with the water hose along with soaping and brushing.

Either way, it may be best for the banners to be hung out to dry than being dried through a dryer machine. You can use a drier if you want, but it may produce much wrinkles compared to just hanging it out.

When the fabric banners dry out, you can use an iron to straighten up the wrinkles. After that, you'll get fresh and clean fabric banner displays for your stores, trade show displays, or whatever use you have them for.

And so, how about those outdoor banners? Well, the procedure is pretty much the same with the above. The only exception here is that outdoor banners can be tougher since they are designed against unpredictable weather conditions. On the other hand, outdoor fabric banners printed through dye sublimation often get easily dirty as they're constantly exposed to pollution and the like.

As mentioned earlier, if the banner displays are too small and can fit into a washing machine, you can wash them with that. One thing I haven't said is that a rotary washer is far more superior compared to the agitator kind of washer. This actually will be easy for you to wash your banners. You may need a stronger detergent with outdoor than indoor banners.

If the banners are too large to fit into a washing machine, manually wash them. As discussed above, you can do it using a big tub or just hanging the banners out. The thing to take note here is the usage of a much stronger detergent to completely get rid of the dirt.

After washing the fabric banners, the best thing to do next is to dry them by hanging them out. You can also use a dryer, just make sure you take it directly once done to avoid much winkles. Ironing the wrinkles out may be harder than washing them out. So, take note of that.

In terms of how durable the outdoor dye sublimated fabric banners, they really are durable. They are designed to withstand weather conditions, except for lightning, violent winds, tornadoes, and the like. Dye sublimated polyester banners are tough. It can survive against a thunderstorm with a 40-50 MPH winds as long as they are tightly secured.
