When you help other countries, please just look at your own country
Africa is suffering the worst drought in the past 60 years, People is dieing, agriculture production is cut by drought. nature disaster is cruel, People's life in africa is threatened by nature disaster. but, we have to safe, thanks to the international aid, situation there is much better, all the countries in the world are trying their best to help africa people including china. China just annonce to put $14 million to help africa people, buying the food for the immediate need in africa. we have to said, without the international help, africa drought condition can be more worse. in the article posted in chinadaily, i also learn that china also send some agriculture expert to africa to help them develop the agriculture, help them to grasp the effect production way, and how to against the nature disaster such as drought.
i have to say that china, you are doing the great job. but i also want to ask, when you send the expert to other countries to help them develop the agriculture, do you notice that your own country's agriculture's development? actually, the farmer in china is suffering more than in other country, not only the nature disaster, but also the political policy. more famer in china are using the most ancient way to farming, they farming field is disappearing due to the financial use and the damage from human modern development, further more, they can not earn money from farming. all the products they sell are at the low price, but if you buy their products from market, it is very expensive, the one who earn the money is the agency. cause the farm is the one who do not recieve much eduction, they do not know about the financial system, do not know how to sell the products, they just depends on someone who will come to acquire they products. our government do not offer enought support to help our farm to earn more. the most contributed thing our govenment do recently is cut the tax for our farmer which is a great help to relieve their burdern. but that is not enough, as we can see now, most farmer's life in china still suffer the poor and unfair social treatment.
i am not writing there to criticize the government helping other countries, but when you put a lot of money to help other countries, please just look at your own people. try to help them.
