Question: Who qualifies as being disabled?

The legal qualifications of whom is regarded as being disabled, according to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Answer: According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 12102, a person is disabled if:

A)they have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities

B)they have a record of such an impairment; or

C)being regarded as having such an impairment
