    • 1). Submit a new application. If you applied to the college more than a year ago but never attended, you must submit a new application. You can obtain an admissions application on campus or online. To obtain an admissions application online, go to Chattcollege.com and click on "Prospective Students." Click the link for "Admissions Forms," then click "Application for Admission" on the following page. Download, print and complete the application. Take or mail the application to the Admissions Office at

      Marietta, Georgia 30060.

      You can also submit the application to the Student Affairs Office of any other campus in the system. There is a $15 non-refundable application fee, as of 2011.

    • 2). Submit the Admissions Update Form. If you applied to the college within the last year but never attended, you need to submit an Admissions Update form to the Admissions Office in Marietta or to the Student Affairs Office at any other campus. Go to Chattcollege.com and click "Prospective Students," then click "Admissions Forms" on the next page. Download, print and complete the Admissions Update Form.

    • 3). Submit a Re-Entry form. If you have completed classes at Chattahoochee Tech over a year ago, you need to submit a Re-Entry form to be readmitted to the college. Go to Chattcollege.com and click on "Current Students." Click on "Registrar Forms" under the Registrar banner on the right side of the page. Download, print, complete and return the form to the Registrar's Office at the Marietta campus or to the Student Affairs Office at any other campus.
