How to Charge Two Vehicle Batteries at the Same Time
- 1). Disconnect the main negative cables clamps from both batteries with the wrench.
- 2). Cut one length of 12-gauge electrical wire with the electrical piers long enough to reach between the positive terminals of the two batteries. Cut a second length of wire long enough to reach between the negative terminals of the two batteries.
- 3). Strip both ends of the two wires approximately 1/2 inch with the wire stripping tool on the electrical pliers. Attach a battery clamp to each of the four stripped ends of wire with the wrench.
- 4). Run the first wire from the positive terminal of one battery to the positive terminal of the second battery. Run the second wire between the negative terminals of the two batteries. Reattach the main negative battery cables and secure all clamps tightly with the wrench.
