  Located in the northern half of New Jersey lies Bedminster Township, and within, the village of Pluckemin. The Pluckemin Inn

• The Pluckemin Inn is located approximately three miles from Pluckemin in the historic town of Bedminster. While not an actual hotel or inn, the Pluckemin Inn offers diners a contemporary American meal in a warm, quiet atmosphere. The Inn was built in the style of colonial-era farmhouses and features stone walls, high open-air ceilings with exposed beams and arched entrance-ways. The menu changes seasonally and includes gourmet choices, such as porchetta-style suckling pig and Broken Arrow Ranch venison. Multiple course prix-fixe meals are available, and the attached Plucky Tavern offers a less formal atmosphere to enjoy pub classics like burgers and fish and chips. The Pluckemin Inn also offers private dining available any time of day or evening, and a wine cellar stocked with 15,000 bottles.

Kiku Hibachi and Sushi Restaurant

• Kiku offers diners a bit of flair with their meal, with five family-style hibachi tables and a sushi bar. Teppanyaki, the Japanese style of hibachi cooking, is prepared directly before the guests by an expertly trained chef. The chef often puts on displays of showmanship, speed and skill while cooking, making the meal also entertaining for guests. Kiku's menu offers five course meals, with a variety of seafood, chicken and even filet mignon, all prepared on the hibachi right at the table. Kiku is a BYOB restaurant, but encourages diners to bring sake, plum wine or Japanese beer to complete the Japanese teppanyaki dining experience. Kiku offers sushi a la carte as well as traditional Japanese entrees like teriyaki and tempura.
