In the beginning of you weight loss journey you need to eliminate these foods in order to not get tempted.
The next plan of attack to setting up a great weight loss program is to set up a calender this can be inside of a psychical calender or a blackberry or whatever you can jot and keep log of all things that you eat, your current and target weights and so on.
Writing things down helps you better comprehend what it is you trying to do and we all know thats losing weight.
First things first, cut out all the junk food in your house and start writing your calories, meals and targets to follow and keep up with the calender every day.
