How to Plan a Fun Class Reunion
- 1). Pick a theme. Try something that reflects the styles, music, and trends of your graduation year, a Mardi Gras theme, or even a theme that coincides with an upcoming holiday such as Halloween or St. Patrick's Day. Encourage the attendees to wear attire that conforms to the theme.

Place disposable cameras on each table so that attendees can capture all the fun of the class reunion. Encourage everyone to take as many pictures as they want, but plan for a way to distribute pictures to the attendees. You can also hire a professional photographer who can post the photos on a social networking site. - 3). Order T-shirts that commemorate the reunion. The shirts should show the year you graduated and the school you graduated from, as well the year of the reunion. Order a variety of sizes to fit everyone. Hold a T-shirt signing at the reunion.
- 4). Hire a DJ or live band, and consider music that was popular when your class graduated. Also, try to align the music selection with the overall theme of the reunion.
- 5). Select a site that will best appeal to the most attendees possible. You can host a reunion at the school where you graduated, at a bar or restaurant, at a special event center, or even at a hotel.
