The club is furnished almost exclusively with found and recycled materials from New York City, and the walls showcase a new local or global artist each month. Music is provided by either a DJ or a live band, and genres are predominately Latin, reggae and dance hall.There is no cover charge, but men traveling without female companions may find it very difficult to get in on weekends. Bembe does not accept credit cards, so bring plenty of cash.
