Importing a CD into iTunes

• 1). Insert the CD into the CD or DVD drive of your computer.
  
  
• 2). Launch iTunes and click on the name of the CD in the "Devices" menu, located on the left of the iTunes screen.
  
  
• 3). Click "Import CD" to copy the CD to your iTunes library.
  
  

Copying a CD to the Nano

• 1). Connect your Nano to the computer, using the USB cable included in the iPod's packaging.
  
  
• 2). Open iTunes and click on the name of the CD in your iTunes library.
  
  
• 3). Drag the CD onto your Nano, which will appear in the "Devices" menu. Release the button when you see a plus sign appear over the iPod. The CD will be copied to the Nano's music library.
