Saving as EPS on a Mac
- 1). Open your EPS file in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Gimp.
- 2). Click “File” from the top menu bar and then click “Save As.”
- 3). Click the “File Type” tab in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. In Gimp, click “Select File Type (By Extension)."
- 4). Select “Illustrator EPS” in Adobe Illustrator, “Photoshop EPS” in Adobe Photoshop or “Encapsulated PostScript image” in Gimp.
- 5). Click the “Save” button. In Illustrator, you can choose to save separate files for each artboard by clicking “Use Artboards.”
- 6). Click the “Preview” button if you want to include a preview image of your file. This option is available in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Gimp.
- 7). Click the “Save” button again to save your EPS file.
