How to Make Outdoor Bead Decorations
- 1). Measure and cut six 18-inch lengths of fishing line. Tie a jingle bell to one end of each length of fishing line.
- 2). Thread 10 inches of beads onto each length of line. Thread the beads randomly or follow a pattern, depending on your preference.
- 3). Open the embroidery loop by unscrewing the little screw and separating the two parts. Wrap the bell-less end of the fishing line around the inside hoop of the embroidery hoop right where the beading stops. Place the beaded strands evenly spaced around the hoop. Use small lengths of tape to hold the fishing line wrapped around the loop.
- 4). Put the two parts of the hoop back together. Bring the bead-less ends of the strands together over the top of the hoop and tie them around a key ring. Hang the wind chime in a tree or on your porch with a screw-in hook.
