Hostels - These low-cost alternatives to other accommodation options are often used by travelers or by those needing temporary room and board for longer duration than a hotel could provide affordably. There are hundreds of hostels throughout Paris. The nearer you are to the city center and the metro stations, the more likely these hostels will be booked up, so it would be a good idea to book in advance and to arrange any other optional accommodations you would require. Prices also vary considerably depending on the size of the room and the number of beds, the standard 2-bed room will run about 17 Euro a night.
