Cut around the edge of the latex with your scissors or scalpel. Then, very slowly, start peeling it off. As you pull, srprinkle baby powder on the edge as it is pulled off the mask. This will stop it from tearing.

    • 4). Cut your face mask to the size you want. For example, try cutting bigger eyes or a triangular chin.

    • 5). Cut out your Styrofoam piece in several shapes. You are going to attach these to the mask to create a 3D effect. You can cut out a chin shape, two parts to fit around the eyes and so on. Also cut out a trapezoid shape. This will make the forehead.

    • 6). Paint the foam black or gray.

    • 7). Stick the 3D parts onto the latex mask with super glue.

    • 8). Paint your neck black using the face paint. Also paint any areas that will not be covered by the mask, such as the eyelids.

    • 9). Apply several dots of spirit gum to the edges and center of the mask. Attach it to your face.
